Q355鋼是我國(guó)常用的低合金高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼,取代了Q345。該材料的最小屈服強(qiáng)度為355 MPa(51 ksi),抗拉強(qiáng)度為470-630 MPa(68-91 ksi)。根據(jù)GB/T 1591-2018,Q355有3個(gè)鋼種:Q355AR,Q355M和Q355N,這些鋼種由后綴字母B、C、D、E、F表示質(zhì)量等級(jí)。

含義(名稱(chēng))
“Q”是漢語(yǔ)拼音的縮寫(xiě):“屈服”,意思是屈服強(qiáng)度;
“355”表示鋼直徑或厚度≤16mm的最小屈服強(qiáng)度355 MPa;
“AR”是指軋制,當(dāng)交貨條件為熱軋時(shí),可以省略/刪除該符號(hào);
“M”指熱機(jī)械軋制;
“N”表示正火或正火軋制;
B、 C、D、E和F表示質(zhì)量等級(jí)。

Q355 steel has good mechanical properties, good weldability, hot and cold processing properties and corrosion resistance. Can be used to manufacture ships, boilers, pressure vessels, petroleum storage tanks, bridges, power station equipment, lifting transport machinery and other higher load welded structural parts.
